Self managed? Or Agent?

Or have the time and resource potentially to for the difficult tasks such as rent recovery or managing sub contractors. A lack of legal knowledge could prove costly in the longer term if problems present themselves. And, that is when the agent really earns their money, and making sure that the tenancy is legal and compliant is a key aspect.
