Tenancy Deposit Scheme:

We are currently migrating all of our tenant deposits to the TDS. All of your funds are protected by the agency, and there is no need for alarm. There will be notifications of the safe transfer of your deposit to the new scheme. This is an ARLA backed scheme and Government backed organisation. If you have received a text or email please be reassured this has no effect on your tenancy and your deposit is fully protected.

South Lakes Lettings Ltd is a member of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS), which is approved by Government under the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015. The purpose of this is to give consumers of the Property Agent an escalated complaints procedure if they are unhappy with how their complaint has been dealt with by the Agent, after a period of 8 weeks.
