Renters Reform Bill – second reading

Landlords, the Renters Reform Bill has had its second reading in Parliament. We have been watching its progress as it could have a big impact on tenancies. But, as we reported a couple of weeks ago, there is resistance to the plan to abolish Section 21. So, without significant changes to court processes, it will not pass.
